Lead EAP Therapist – Northern Indiana Region

Cathy M. Cinko, LCSW, CEAP is the Lead Therapist for the Franciscan Employee Assistance Program (EAP) in the Northern/Western/South Suburban Region and is licensed as a clinical social worker in both the State of Indiana and Illinois.  She has been with the Franciscan EAP team since January 2013.  Cathy is a compassionate Certified EAP professional with a profound commitment to supporting individuals and organizations in navigating the complexities of workplace challenges.  She is committed to fostering a healthy work environment by promoting well-being and resilience among coworkers.

Cathy employs evidence-based practices to enhance the therapeutic experience and outcomes for her clients.  She has a master’s degree in social work from Indiana University and through a variety of trainings, demonstrates her commitment to staying current with the latest developments in her field.
