Julie has been with the EAP for over 19 years. Julie started in 2003 as an EAP therapist and has been providing clinical supervision to the team of EAP therapists and leadership assistance as our Leadership Development Coach since 2010.
Julie has recently accepted the role of Administrative Director EAP where she uses her leadership talents to grow and strengthen the members of her EAP team and the members of Franciscan Alliance as a whole. Julie strives to work towards helping the Franciscan employees become the best functioning versions of themselves that they can possibly imagine.
