Join us for Your Weight, Your Way, happening every Thursday from March 13 – May 15, 11:30 AM – 12:00 PM. This program, presented by Rosa Hernandez, is designed to support your wellness journey with practical strategies to build healthier habits, improve well-being, and stay motivated.

 

👉 Please note: Registration is required before March 13 to participate in this 10-week program. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accept new participants after it begins—so be sure to sign up early!
