Join us for Your Weight, Your Way: Barre, a low-impact exercise class designed to improve strength, flexibility, and balance. Presented by Emma Norman, this session takes place every Tuesday from April 1 – June 3, 10:00 – 10:30 AM CST.
Please note: Registration is required before April 1 to participate in this 10-week program. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accept new participants after it begins—so be sure to sign up early!
