Erica Green is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Manager for Franciscan’s Employee Assistance Program in Central Indiana. She earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Social Work from Indiana University.
Erica believes in the inherent worth of every individual and strives to assist them in furthering insight into their own strengths and resilience to overcome challenges.
Erica has worked in the field of Social Work for more than 20 years providing counseling to individuals, couples, families, and groups in various settings. Her background has included work in areas of Substance Abuse, Family Preservation, Domestic Violence Prevention and Advocacy, Healthy Families, Home-based Medical Social Work and School-based Counseling. Erica also has a personal affinity for special education advocacy.
Erica is trained in solution focused brief therapy (SFBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), Prepare & Enrich for couples counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), Trauma Informed Care, and The Gottman Method. She also has certifications in group and individual crisis intervention through ICISF. She is certified as an Employee Assistance Specialist and is a member of EAPA at both the national and state levels.
In her spare time, Erica enjoys traveling, hiking, weight training and most of all -spending time with family.
