Rebecca is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (2014). Rebecca received her Bachelor’s in Social Work from Ball State University in 2003 and earned her Master’s Degree from Indiana University in 2009. Rebecca lived in Brownsburg, IN for several years, until recently relocating back to NWI.

Rebecca began her career in social work as a BSW case manager for a Community Mental Health Center for a family reunification/preservation program and then continued her career working for a Therapeutic Foster Care agency working with foster youth, their foster and biological families. Once she earned her MSW, Rebecca continued as a therapist for children, adolescents, and families. Rebecca then began working as a Medical Social Worker, specializing in Emergency Room Medical Social Work. She has experience in crisis intervention, working with victims of sexual assault and domestic violence. Rebecca has worked with clients experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, psychosis, and substance use. Rebecca also has worked extensively with older adults and their families and assisting them as they navigated the challenges that come with aging. Rebecca spent the last few years before joining the EAP team as a clinical manager to other Social Workers and RN Case Managers for a Case Management program at a hospital near Indianapolis. Rebecca is CISD/CISM (Critical Incident Stress Debriefing) trained.

Rebecca’s practice focuses on a holistic approach using a client centered strength-based approach to helping clients find solutions to their identified need. Rebecca believes a thorough assessment of the problem will lead to successful outcomes.
